Linear Compensation Circuit of NTC Thermistor Based On Output Characteristics of Bipolar Junction Transistor-2

Sensing Module 1, which is used to detect the external temperature in real time and convert the detected temperature signal into a current signal;

Compensation Module 4, which is used to counteract the non-linearity of NTC thermistor R by using the non-linearity of the first NPN type transistor Q1 output characteristic curve, so as to realize the linearization function.

Interface Module 5, including two V interface, V output interface and GNG interface, where two V interface provide supply voltage to the entire thermistor linear compensation circuit, V output interface and GND interface provide output port to the external circuit.
