NTC thermistor is an electronic component made of metal oxides such as manganese, cobalt, nickel and copper. It is made of ceramic process and is widely used in temperature monitoring and temperature controlling. NTC thermistor has different requirements of resistance value and B value in different application scenarios. At present, the resistance value and B value of NTC thermistor with conventional parameters in the market are mostly fixed. However, in some special application scenarios, the thermistor is required to have special resistance value and B value, which is resulting in a large amount of time in the preparation process to carry out data experiments, and some special resistance value and B value is even difficult to prepare.
In order to solve the shortcomings existing in the existing technology, EXSENSE Electronics recommends a special parameter NTC thermistor, which is strong adhesion, good contact, suitable for a variety of types of NTC substrates. By choosing NTC chip with different resistance value and B value, NTC thermistors with specific resistance values and B values can be produced. The specific production steps of this special parameter NTC thermistor are as follows:
First, select the first substrate and the second substrate with the same size and structure, with the same resistance value and different B value;
Second, apply conductive adhesive evenly on one side of the first substrate and the second substrate;
Third, align the side of the first substrate coated with the conductive adhesive with the side of the second substrate coated with the conductive adhesive, and use the chip crimping machine to press it tightly to ensure that the conductive adhesive between the first substrate and the second substrate has no bubbles;
Fourth, put the substrate obtained in step three into the oven and bake it for 25~35 minutes at 580~620℃ before taking it out;
Fifth, the leads are welded on both sides of the substrate and sealed with epoxy resin;
Sixth, performance test of NTC thermistor.
