How to detect NTC thermistor in induction cooker
The NTC thermistor mainly plays an role in controlling temperature in the induction cooker. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the heating device is automatically disconnected. The MCU thermistor is connected to the MCU interface of the induction heating control board, and the MCU detects the level change and makes corresponding protective effect.
So how to detect the NTC thermistor on the induction cooker?
Take out the sensor at first, and then use a multimeter on opposite sides of the sensor measurement to sensor heat resistance changes at the same time, with the rising of temperature resistance decline is the negative temperature coefficient thermistor. (The pointer table uses 1K file and the digital table uses 200K file). At room temperature, the resistance value of thermistor is 100K, which is close to the ceramic plate, and the contact between the two can be coated with oil-conductive silicone grease, which can improve the control sensitivity.
Thermistor is a kind of sensitive element. Its main function is to measure temperature and temperature compensation. According to different temperature coefficient, it is divided into positive temperature coefficient thermistor (PTC) and negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC). The typical characteristic of thermistors is that they are sensitive to temperature and show different resistance values at different temperatures. Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor resistance when the higher the temperature, the greater the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor resistance when the higher the temperature is lower, they both belong to the semiconductor device.
