New series of micro-chip negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor. The dimension of  thermistor is very small, only 0.5-1.6mm,  the response time is less than 3s(in the air) and 0.7s (in liquid).

The new thermistor resistance at +25 ℃ (R25) enables meet designers requirements for the application which it self-heating, voltage or noise reduction .

According to customer requests for additional resistance, the chip through a variety of certification, RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. In particular withstand thermal shock cycle 2000 times. They  use for automotive temperature probe and control unit, and fire detectors, medical, integrated circuit module temperature detection circuit.
